Shipping/Delivery

We can deliver to virtually any address in Ireland subject to some terms and conditions as we are based in Dublin.

1. We deliver nationwide. orders outside Leinster have a potential delivery period of approx 7 days.

2. Order any plant and proceed to checkout for delivery charge. Orders over 200 euro have free delivery.

3. Smaller plant orders will be boxed and sent by courier.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the weight/height dimensions.

Please understand that our herbaceous come in pots and depending on the season they may not be in flower yet, and it needs planting and watering before you see the result! We pride ourselves on sending our customers plants that have been looked after and nurtured and in good condition so please do not worry about the condition of the plant if you see no flower when it is delivered.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it and the time it takes the banking process to clear the refund request.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
